The silo must meet similar protocols as the pressure decay fumigation for the product to be suitable for treatment within it.

A pressure test on a silo does not have to be done every time the silo is used for treatment, but it is recommended that it is inspected every time before use and pressure tested every 6 months or when modifications have been made to ensure efficacy of the fumigation service.
