Quality Assurance Managers

In line with our commitment to deliver a high quality service to our customers, we also take cognisance of the environment. Rentokil has appointed Quality Assurance Managers (QAM) to facilitate this process.

Our QAM’s have extensive expertise and technical know-how and adhere to best pest control practice polices at all times.

Regular quality assurance surveys are conducted at most of our customers to ensure that our pest control service teams are executing the appropriate services within the Health and Safety parameters of the site.

The QAM responsibility is extended to providing the on-going training and development to service teams.

The “audit system“ utilised by the QAM’s allows for further development in our business processes and pest control products and services that we offer.

The QAMs understand our customer’s needs and the risks associated with their unique environments, thus ensuring that our service delivery is in line with individual circumstances and requirements.

Our team of QAM’s aim to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations by bringing international standards to the local market.
